Any property-related transaction facilitated by Arabian Reverie, including sales, purchases, rentals, leases, and property management agreements.
All information, data, text, images, videos, graphics, and other materials available through our services.
Any information that can be used to identify you personally, as defined in our Privacy Policy.

Our services are primarily available in the United Arab Emirates, with particular focus on Dubai and surrounding emirates. We may extend services to other jurisdictions subject to local licensing and regulatory requirements.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes that may affect their ongoing transactions.
Our services may include or integrate with third-party services such as mortgage providers, legal firms, inspection services, and property portals. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our services. You must promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate or outdated.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to:

If you enter into an exclusive representation agreement with Arabian Reverie, you agree not to engage other real estate agents or brokers for the same property or transaction during the exclusivity period.
Arabian Reverie acts as an intermediary between buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants. We facilitate transactions but are not party to the underlying property agreements unless specifically stated otherwise.
While we strive to provide accurate property information, we rely on information provided by property owners, developers, and third parties. We recommend that all buyers and tenants:

All property transactions are subject to contract and completion of legal requirements. Arabian Reverie's obligations are fulfilled upon successful completion of the transaction or termination of the engagement as agreed.
For off-plan property transactions, additional terms may apply including construction timelines, specification changes, and developer guarantees. All off-plan purchases are subject to developer terms and conditions.

All fees are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, including but not limited to VAT, withholding tax, and transfer taxes.
Fees paid for completed services are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion and subject to deduction of costs incurred.
Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and intellectual property on our website and in our services are owned by or licensed to Arabian Reverie. This includes but is not limited to:

We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of content provided by third parties, including property developers, other agents, or service providers.
Real estate markets are subject to fluctuation and external factors beyond our control. We make no guarantees regarding property values, rental yields, or market performance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arabian Reverie's total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Any claims against Arabian Reverie must be brought within one (1) year of the date the cause of action arose, or such shorter period as may be required by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Arabian Reverie, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict of law principles.
For users located in other jurisdictions, the following additional provisions may apply:
UK consumer protection laws may apply to UK residents. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
EU consumer protection and data protection laws apply to EU residents. These Terms comply with applicable EU regulations.
Australian Consumer Law applies to Australian residents. Our services comply with Australian consumer protection requirements.
US federal and state laws may apply to US residents. Real estate transactions involving US persons are subject to additional compliance requirements.
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or our services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiation.
If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to mediation before a mutually agreed mediator in Dubai, UAE, in accordance with the mediation rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
If mediation fails, any remaining disputes shall be finally resolved by arbitration under the DIAC Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Dubai, UAE, by a single arbitrator appointed in accordance with DIAC rules.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights or confidential information.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms that is due to fire, flood, earthquake, pandemic, government action, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or other causes beyond the reasonable control of such party.
The affected party must promptly notify the other party of any force majeure event and use reasonable efforts to minimize the impact and duration of such event.
If a force majeure event continues for more than 90 days, either party may terminate the affected services upon written notice.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or as otherwise communicated to you.
We will provide reasonable notice of material changes to these Terms through our website, email, or other appropriate means. Your continued use of our services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
If you do not agree to modified Terms, you must discontinue use of our services. Continued use after modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole.
Any unenforceable or invalid provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
If possible, the unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its original intent.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Arabian Reverie Premier Realty. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
